The factory for the production of polypropylene bags occupies an area of 5 hectares. The industrial complex includes several main departments, each responsible for its stage of the technological process.

The first stage is the extrusion department, where polypropylene yarn is produced. The factory is equipped with two high-performance extruders with a capacity of 450 rpm, which allows the production of yarn with stable quality and high strength.

Next, the yarn moves to the weaving machine department, where fabric rolls are manufactured. The weaving machines are equipped with modern equipment that meets all international standards. They are considered among the best in the world in terms of productivity, energy efficiency, and the quality of the produced fabric.

The next stage is the cutting department, where the rolls are cut into individual bags of the required size. The production line operates automatically, ensuring high cutting precision and fast output of finished products.

A special role at the factory belongs to the quality control laboratory. Here, tests are carried out to measure the bursting load of the yarn and the tensile strength of the fabric of different densities. The laboratory is equipped with the most modern devices and advanced international technologies, which guarantees compliance of the final products with standards and customer requirements.

In total, the factory is capable of producing up to 500 tons of finished products per month. Continuous technological improvement, innovation, and strict quality control make the enterprise a reliable and competitive supplier in the global polypropylene bag market.
